BAY EQUIPMENT ACCEPTS MASTERCARD, VISA, AND AMERICAN EXPRESS

THE FOLLOWING TERMS APPLY TO ALL CREDIT CARD TRANSACTIONS:

• For all rentals, you will be billed in advance for the number of days you anticipate having the equipment (up to one month's rental)


• All taxes and hauling will be billed in advance


• Other additional charges, e.g. fuel, will be billed at the time of final return


• Overcharges, e.g. early returns, will be credited back to your card at time of final return


• If the equipment is not returned by the estimated return date, Bay Equipment will promptly bill the card another day's rent plus tax for every day past the estimated return date


• For monthly rentals, your card will be billed at the beginning of the rental cycle every 28 days for one month's (28 days) rent
