Immediate Delivery, Pickup, and Service
Bay Equipment does not reserve equipment days or weeks in advance like some chain stores.
We'll let you know if we have it, and if we do, we'll get it to you ASAP. If we can't fulfill
your needs, then we'll give you our best recommendations on who can.
When you're done with your rental, we'll come and get it, usually the same day and if that's not possible,
within 48 hours at the most.
If by chance, the equipment you rent from us breaks down on the job,
we'll fix it on site or we'll get a replacement to you immediately, even if we have to get it
from someone else first. We know you're depending on us to keep your job going and on time.

From our outside salesmen, to our counter staff and on to our delivery personnel, Bay
Equipment strives to help you solve your problem. We know you wouldn't call us if you
didn't have a need to fulfill.
